ALIBERA supports you with true passion – working in a flexible, well-adjusted team of experienced professionals. As well as many years of experience, all of our consultants have a degree in humanities or economics, with additional training in coaching or management.

Thanks to a network of co-operation partners, at ALIBERA we also have the resources and competence to support large-scale culture transformation processes. Projects are overseen by Dr. Renate von Grünigen, who works since 2004 in personal and leadership development across a wide range of sectors and cultures.
